The participants signed the cooperation signing ceremony
On April 18, 2023, Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 and the University of Essex (United Kingdom) signed a memorandum of understanding.
Attending the cooperation agreement, on the side of the University of Essex, there were Ms. Vanessa Potter - Deputy Director of Global Affairs, and Ms. Samantha Look - Director of Southeast Asia;
On the side of Hanoi Pedagogical University 2, there were: Dr. Bui Kien Cuong - Vice Rector; Dr. Hoang Ngoc Tuan - Head of Science Management and International Relations Office; Dr. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhat - Dean of the English Department.
Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Bui Kien Cuong - Vice Rector expressed his pleasure to welcome the delegation of Essex University to visit and sign the cooperation agreement with Hanoi Pedagogical University 2. At the same time, introduces the characteristics also highlights, and strengths of Hanoi Pedagogical University 2, affirming that this is a new and important page in the long-term cooperation between the two universities.
At the meeting, Ms. Vanessa Potter - Deputy Director of Global Affairs, at the University of Essex thanked Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 for the respectful welcome to the delegation. Also wishes to have long-term cooperation with the University in the near future.

The two sides agreed to sign the terms of the agreement to promote cooperation, discussion, and positive academic relations between the University of Essex and Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 with common interests.

The University of Essex was founded in 1964 and is located in Wivenhoe Park, UK, with nearly 15,000 students studying. This is one of the goals that the University of Essex wants to achieve for students, which is to exploit the talents of students so that they can be confident and express themselves after graduation.
The signing of a cooperation agreement with the University of Essex will open up study opportunities in the UK for students of Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 in the near future.
